did you have to send in a passport photo of yourself as I was asked to? Is it on the card itself?

After days of trying to phone the ticket office, I finally got through and was advised to email ticketing and request the paper ticket via email. Have not heard since so out of desperation I am borrowing my son's smartphone and have downloaded on to them. Still nothing sent by the ticket office. So now I look forward to a long queue at the turnstile as people fuck about with smart phones trying to get in.
